Data comparison and analysis tools were cumbersome, slowing down decision-making. Low user engagement occurred due to the need for external training and support. Additionally, the customization options were not intuitive, limiting users' ability to personalize the platform for their business needs.

We gathered insights through Knowledge Transfer (KT), competitive analysis, and user interviews. We reviewed ECHO AI’s structure, features, and technical aspects, including the dashboard, chat interface, and schema management. The LLM (Large Language Module) allowed users to select AI models for data training. Based on the insights gained, we identified the need for a simpler interface, clearer AI training guidance, and more customization options to better meet users' business needs.
