Many people who search for medicine information online are overwhelmed by cluttered and confusing websites. The information is often unstructured and hard to understand, making it difficult for users to find what they need. Since these platforms play a role in important health decisions—like understanding medications, tests, and side effects—there’s a need for a simpler, more trustworthy way to access this information.

We gathered insights through Knowledge Transfer (KT), competitive analysis, and user interviews. We reviewed the Drug Detail platform’s structure, features, and technical aspects, including medicine information, lab tests, and radiology details. The platform’s search functionality, is both voice and image-based, was assessed for ease of use. Based on the insights gathered, we identified the need for a more intuitive interface, improved search capabilities, and clearer content to enhance user experience and better align with users' needs in accessing reliable medical data.
