We gathered insights through Knowledge Transfer (KT), competitive analysis, and user interviews. We reviewed Debbie-M's structure, features, and its ability to assist with budget queries and government processes. The chatbot’s text and voice-based search functionality was evaluated for ease of use. Based on these insights, we identified the need for a more intuitive interface, better search capabilities, and clearer responses to better meet users' needs for accessing budget information and services.

We used Montserrat as the primary typeface for its modern, clean design and readability. Its geometric shapes ensure clarity across screen sizes, making it ideal for both detailed content and quick UI elements, aligning with the platform's goal of delivering clear and user-friendly information.
