Navigation across platforms was inconsistent, requiring multiple clicks for simple tasks, while forms and workflows were dense, repetitive, and inefficient. Users lacked visibility into task status and progress, and visual inconsistencies made onboarding and cross-platform use more challenging.

We kicked off the project with KT sessions, user interviews, system audits, and a competitive analysis. These helped us uncover real pain points such as complex navigation, lengthy task flows, and inconsistent UI patterns, laying the foundation for focused UX improvements.

Through wireframes and prototypes, we restructured task flows and introduced clearer layouts. We focused on simplifying navigation, grouping form logic, and reducing the number of screens needed for core actions — all while supporting compliance-heavy pharma use cases.

We implemented status-driven workflows, reusable components, and prioritized layouts to surface the most relevant information. By reducing unnecessary clicks, consolidating screens, and streamlining task flows, we significantly improved efficiency and helped Audree deliver a faster, more intuitive experience across all their tools.

These iterations helped us ensure that the final experience reduced task time, minimized errors, and aligned closely with real-world workflows.
