Brief
At UpSlide, we're looking for experienced UI/UX Designers who know how to turn complex systems into clean, intuitive experiences. If you enjoy making the hard stuff feel easy, spotting user pain points, and designing interfaces that just make sense you’ll fit right in. We love designers who can bring clarity, simplicity, and a human touch to even the most confusing products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests.
Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design pixel-perfect UIs for web and mobile (responsive and accessible).
Build and maintain design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with clients, developers, and project managers.
Present your work clearly and back it with reasoning/data.
Stay updated on design trends and tools.
Skills
A strong interest in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion (or similar)
Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
Willingness to learn and receive feedback
A portfolio (college/bootcamp/personal projects are welcome)
